Welcome
TGA Portal operates a secure portfolio management application for private market participants. We are deeply committed to protecting the non-public personal and institutional financial information entrusted to us.
1. Information We Collect
As a portfolio management software provider, we collect and process several categories of sensitive information on behalf of our clients (GPs and LPs):
User Identity Information: Names, business titles, institutional affiliations, email addresses, phone numbers, and physical addresses.
Financial & Investment Data: Capital commitments, funding history, net asset values (NAV), capital call details, bank routing/account numbers for wire transfers, and tax identification numbers.
Documentation: Executed subscription booklets, side letters, investor questionnaires, and IRS Form W-9/W-8 series.
Technical Data: IP addresses, login timestamps, device fingerprints, and browser logs gathered strictly for security audit trails, fraud prevention, and platform optimization.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information strictly to deliver, secure, and improve our portfolio management application, specifically to:
Authenticate your identity and maintain secure access control.
Facilitate secure document management and automated capital tracking between GPs and LPs.
Maintain a legally compliant audit log of platform actions (e.g., verifying when a document was viewed or a capital call was confirmed).
Comply with federal and international regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and institutional auditing guidelines (such as SOC 2 compliance).
3. Data Sharing and Zero Commercialization
No Third-Party Monetization: We do not sell, rent, trade, or commercially exploit any personal or financial data collected within the Portal.
Service Providers: We may share data with trusted infrastructure providers (such as secure cloud hosting services or multi-factor authentication providers) solely to operate the software. These providers are bound by strict institutional confidentiality agreements.
Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, subpoena, or a regulatory body of competent jurisdiction.
4. Institutional Security Standards
We implement industry-leading technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. This includes end-to-end encryption for data in transit and at rest, rigorous permission architecture ensuring LPs can only see their designated fund investments, and continuous security monitoring. Data retention is governed by the underlying software service agreements and relevant financial regulations.
